Senior Logistics Administrator

Scan-Terieur are looking for a strong, resilient logistics administrator who can also understand and respond to technical queries relating to the products we sell. The primary role of the logistics administrator is to liaise with factories overseas and the organisation of all shipping requirements to ensure we continue to service and deliver to our wide range of customers.

Key Sales & Aftersales Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with customers and partners

  • Respond to technical questions in the office.
  • Chase up factories to assist with administration
  • Respond to warranty claims and manage returns to relevant factory
  • Respond to all enquires via our info email address
  • Support sales team with any requirements when out on the road
  • Assist with any debt recovery
  • Attend exhibitions and shows as and when required

Key Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Represent Scan-Terieur at National exhibitions.

  • Promote the use and experience of the Scan-Terieur Website.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Planning, time management and strong scheduling skills
  • Previous proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong and resilient attitude
  • Good IT skills
  • Pro-active can-do attitude
  • Team player
